After being very disappointed with our first rental in Beach Dreams village (not one of Kathleen’s listings). I met her on the property with her cleaning service. I was thrilled to find a reputable renter who took extra care with sanitization. I was able to book our first choice Ocean Mist #127 in the Beach Dreams village for the following 2022 season. The cottage was just perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and comfortable. Was such a treat to do laundry so we only took home soiled linens. She’s an attentive communicator and responded promptly to any and all questions I had via email, text & phone. I look forward to renting from her again. Thanks Kathleen!

This past week I had an amazing vacation at Unit 274 Yacht Club Village!
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the unit.
We loved the beach decor as the beach is our happy place!
The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook, but we enjoy all the local restaurants and make sure we hit all our favorites!

I couldn’t recommend Kathleen more. I have booked with her 2 years in a row and plan to continue doing so moving forward. She is accommodating and very easy to work with. I knew it was going to be a good stay when she walked us through step by step staying in ME during the pandemic and following all the correct guidelines. She made us feel safe, and made sure we had followed everything that we were required to. She even offered to mail back our flag that we had left at the cottage as a courtesy. She is very good at what she does. 10/10! 🙂

The cottage is warm and cozy packed with all the features and comforts of home. Everything you need, the cottage has is along with games and family videos. The location of the cottage is perfect for getting to the beaches and shopping in Southern Maine and a short drive to Portland. Ocean Breeze has many things available for use to include multiple pools, friendly staff and friendly people. Kathleen was very responsive to any and all calls to include assisting with directions. The area of Wells and surrounding towns is loaded with choices of food, beverages and stores. A great vacation location!

This property was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed to have a relaxing family trip. The location was amazing. Beautiful, quiet cottage community. Quick ride to Ogunquit Center, beaches, and Kennebunkport. The close proximity to Maine Diner was a bonus! (That place was amazing!)

I don’t recall how many years now I have rented through Kathleen but I think 5? We normally stay at Beach Dreams which is lovely but this year we couldn’t get a unit there so instead rented at Summer Village #101. What a beautiful unit! I was hesitant at first with it being so close to the entrance but it was actually nice to be so close! They do provide a trolley to get you around the ‘village’ (it is quite big!) but we had a pool and the club within walking distance. Turned out to be a big plus. The cottage itself was spacious and my daughter and her friend really appreciated the larger size of the 2nd bedroom. The beds were super comfy and the unit had everything we needed. (Except a Keurig – but not a big deal and can understand why an owner may not want to provide a Keurig). I am ready to book my next vacation already so I can get this unit again! As for the rental process – super easy. Working with Kathleen has always been a pleasure. In past years we have run into a couple of issues with little things and Kathleen’s response has always been immediate. I HIGHLY recommend booking a stay through Kathleen. I know I will be a lifetime client! Thanks Kathleen!

Summer Village  ~ Clean and Comfortable ~ 5 out of 5 stars ~ Date of  Stay July 2021

This cottage was clean and comfortable and in a great location. My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay.
The cottage number 231 was very cute and very clean! My husband and I stayed with our 3 girls ages 5, 8 and 11 and they comfortably shared a room that had a full size bed and trundle bed. Nice dining room with plenty of space to eat and play games. They loved the 2 family pools which we could walk to and also loved the playground. It was a little difficult to get the trundle bed out from under the full bed and it would’ve been nice to have a large table to eat outside (chairs were provided) but I still loved the place! Very family oriented!

Summer Village  ~ A Perfect Summer Vacation!  ~ 5 out of 5 stars ~ Date of  Stay July 2020

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in Summer Village. The home was just perfect for our family of 4 – it was very clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The trolley made it easy to access the pools however Pavilion pool was an easy walk even for our 5yo. The property is a convenient short drive to beaches, harbors and nearby towns of York, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We would absolutely consider another stay but for 2 weeks next time as it was hard to leave!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple in our family. This property was in a great location, with a little more privacy than some of the other cottages. The house was perfect, and felt more than comfortable for us 4. Outdoor amenities (pools/games/courts) were all close enough to walk to, but it was nice that the trolley ran through the resort often and we were able to hop on. We were pleased with the ease of check-in, and the communication with the property manager. We really enjoyed our stay, and felt it was a great location in Maine (close to Ogunquit/Kennebunkport & only 30 min trip to Portland). We all agreed that we will plan to come back!

 

 44 BEACHMERE PLACE, OGUNQUIT

Wonderful stay!  ~ 5 of 5 stars ~ Date of  Stay August 2022

We had a wonderful stay at this Beachmere property! We’ve stayed for years at the Beachmere Inn, but outgrew the room sizes. Staying here, just a stones throw away, was the perfect option. Close in proximity to many activities, while plenty of space at the home for those days where we wanted to stay in. We had 10 total people (including 2 young children) and fit very comfortably.

Proximity to downtown Ogunquit and Marginal way were amazing.

Everything was very clean and the homeowner provided a nice listing of recommended restaurants and activities in the area. Kitchen was well appointed.

Would absolutely stay again.

Loved everything about it!  It’s ambiance, location, kitchen area flow, porch, yard/shade, herb garden, Little Beach (at low tide the best).  We loved it!

The Ritz of Beach Houses! ~ 5 of 5 stars ~ Date of  Stay August 2021

44 Beachmere is an all-around great property that is simply perfect for extended family or large friend vacations. Here are the highlights:

The property is centrally located—about a five minute walk to the Marginal Way, a 10 minute walk to the Cove and about an 8 minute walk to town center.

The home was very clean, linens are supplied and house has washer / dryer (and dishwasher).

The home has many modern updates—kitchens and baths in particular—but manages to retain the charm of a beach cottage. The entire home is very thoughtfully laid out—the outdoor shower, e.g., has a direct entry to the first floor bathroom for easy and neat beach life to home life transitions.

The surrounding yard is rather large and is very private, with tall hedges on all sides. A beautiful, partially-covered wrap-around porch (amply-supplied with porch furniture) provides a nice space for outdoor morning coffee, twilight drinks or midday summer reading.

The kitchen is well stocked with plates, serving ware, etc., but also with almost every kitchen gadget imaginable.

Games are in the closet for the inevitable rainy day—some great classics like “Battleship” and “Monopoly” only completed this beautiful, well-maintained house’s charm!

Well worth the price!

This house is nestled in a quiet little neighborhood. The beautiful yard and porch are a plus. The house is updated, but still very quaint. Very calm and relaxing stay.

Wonderful renovated house on private setting. Easy walking distance to Marginal Way and all that Ogunquit has an offer. Had an excellent vacation in well equipped, cozy home with modern touches. Family members loved the yard and the porch for quality time together. Property Manager was excellent to deal with as a seamless rental!

The home is locate steps to a path that is just a short walk to beautiful views of the ocean. The home is well stocked with all of the supplies you would ever need and then some. They were very easy to work with and had easy to follow instructions on how to manage everything. With in easy walking of the town or take the trolley which drops off very close to the house. The deck is beautiful and plenty big for all of your guests. I would highly recommend to anyone.
