0This is a great article on how sugar is the reason many of us cannot loose weight. Sugar makes you have cravings. I know this is true as I had pretty much given up sugar and went back to it over the holidays. I can’t believe what a difference! I was craving everything over the holidays and, of course, put on some weight. I am now in a cleanse and guess what ~ no cravings because the sugar is gone.
